I have taken online courses on mental health, positive mindset, and wellness through Learners Edge. I'm going to share those courses with you so you can check them out.

1. Refocus & Recharge: Strategies for Finding Balance in Teaching - I am currently taking this online course and it has inspired me to start this blog. I read the book The Well-Balanced Teacher: How to Work Smarter and Stay Sane Inside the Classroom and Out, by Mike Anderson.

2. Living Your Happiest Life, Inside & Outside the Classroom - The text used for this course is The Positive Shift:Mastering Mindset to Improve Happiness, Health, and Longevity, by Catherine A. Sanderson, PhD.

3. The Practice and Power of Vulnerability in the Classroom - If you are a fan of Brene Brown you will enjoy this class. The required text is her book Daring Greatly. I've also read her books The Gifts of Imperfection and Braving the Wilderness, both are very enlightening with many "aha" moments!
